Rafael “Raffo” is IAAP’s business manager and timing director. He coordinates the timing for all IAAP races and is in charge of the finances and bookkeeping of the business. He is also a graphic artist and editor. “Raffo” ran cross country and track four years in college and still enjoys running and competing in roadraces. He holds degrees in Business Administration, Communications, and English. AKA “The Salsa King”, Rafael is a voracious reader and is addicted to salsa dancing.
